![]() | All medical billing companies promise improved reimbursement, how is Partners different?Partners is extremely detail oriented, which is vital for clean claims submission, quick payment and proper reimbursement. Every claim we submit is monitored closely until it is paid in full. We perform detailed follow-up on all claims and are in constant contact with insurance companies to make sure your claims are reconciled so you get paid. We stay current on all industry standards, including updates to ICD-9 (soon to be ICD-10) and CPT codes – we have certified coders on staff. We have a proven track record for improving medical practices' bottom line and we are constantly striving to exceed the high standards we have set for ourselves. How will I know if Partners performance is meeting my needs?Your personal account manager will always be available to discuss your practices revenue goals and find a way for us to work together to achieve those goals. Your personal account manager will also provide you with monthly reports that will give you the entire picture of your practice's accounts receivables and collections. Most importantly you never have to switch the billing software you have now, so you will always have access to the work we do. Will I still have control of my billing and payments? You will NEVER lose the control of your billing or your payments. All payments, including insurance and patient payments, will continue to be sent to your office – we only need copies of the EOBS or patient payment so we can post your checks and update patient accounts. How will I get my superbills and other necessary information to Partners?Your billing and payment information can be sent to us by FedEx, courier service, or secured internet transfer – whatever option is most convenient for you. All of these services are provided by Partners and there is no extra cost to you. | ![]() |

![]() | Who sends out statements to our patients?Partners will print and mail all patient statements for you. Patient statements are sent out on a once-per-week cycle. Patients will receive 1 statement every 30 days for a period of 90 days and a total of 3 statements. What if a patient doesn't pay?If a patient does not make payment within the 90 period, Partners will send out 2 collection notices and begins to make phone calls to the patient with friendly reminders of their past-due bill. If we are unable to collect from the patient after 120 days from the first statement, we will send the patient account to your practice for review. At this time your practice will approve sending the account to an outside collection agency of your choice (we have several we work with if you need assistance). Who handles our patient billing inquiries?Partners will handle all patient billing questions and concerns for you. When you join with us, we will provide your practice with a dedicated phone line and toll free number (if needed). This number will be used only for your practice and will be printed on all statements and collection letters. | ![]() |
